We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Because our wall art is made to order, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

UK & International Customers (Outside the EU)

We accept returns for non-personalized items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

EU Customers – Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them — for any reason.

All Returns

The following applies to all customer returns:

  • The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • The return must be shipped to our UK returns address.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.
    • We will always inform you of this amount before processing your return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-designed items.
  • Items returned used, damaged, or not in original condition.
  • Returns requested outside of the applicable return period.
  • Returns made without prior approval or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us using our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll request a photo of the damage in order to process your request.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us via our contact form or using the contact information provided on your original order confirmation, and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return (e.g. damaged, incorrect item, unwanted)

We’ll respond with return instructions, including the return shipping address in the UK. Note: we need proof of purchase e.g. order confirmation email, to process any return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund
    •  Unless item is found to be defective
